This pattern comes in US and UK crochet terms. Click here for UK Terms.

You need 1x100g (210yrds) maximum of Aran/worsted #4 weight yarn. This is plenty for an adult size will even leave you with enough yarn left to make a pom pom!

The pattern calls for a 6mm hook but feel free to size up or down depending on your tension.

You'll also need a darning needle plus whatever type of pom pom you'd like to add.

The pattern size is very easy to adjust. Add or subtract rows to get the right size, ensuring you have an odd number of rows before you slip stitch the sides together.
